WORLD CUP SAVINGS COMPETITION — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is Select Sports Group PTY Ltd, trading as Just Hockey.

2. The promotion begins at 13th August 12pm AEST and closes at Midnight 31st August AEST. (“Promotional Period”).

3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, Hockey Australia, participating stores and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter, an eligible entrant must spend more than $100 in a single transaction at a participating Just Hockey store or through the Just Hockey website during the Promotional Period.

5. Eligible purchases will be entered automatically using the customer details supplied at the time of purchase. Customers must provide a valid name, telephone number and email address. [ONE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE TRANSACTION.]

6. The qualifying spend excludes GIFT CARDS, DELIVERY FEES AND/OR OTHER EXCLUSIONS—CONFIRM]. Purchases that are cancelled, refunded or returned will not be eligible.

7. There are two prizes:

   a. First Prize: one $1,000 Just Hockey voucher plus one Hockey Australia prize pack [TBC 1 Australia Shirt / Cap / Key Ring]; and

   b. Runner-up Prize: one $250 Just Hockey voucher plus one Hockey Australia merchandise pack [Cap / Key Ring / T-Shirt].

8. If any advertised item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

9. The prize draw will take place at 1pm AEST on 1st September at 18 Decor Drive Hallam VIC. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

10. The first valid entry drawn will receive the First Prize. The second valid entry drawn will receive the Runner-up Prize.

11. Winners will be contacted using the details supplied at the time of purchase within 7 business days of the draw. Winners’ names will be published on the website and social media.

12. Winners must claim their prizes by 1 month of announcement. If a prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed-prize draw may be held.

13. Just Hockey vouchers are subject to their stated conditions, are not redeemable for cash. Any amount spent above the voucher value is the winner’s responsibility.

14. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

15. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants. Proof of purchase may be requested before a prize is awarded.

16. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approval.

17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion and award the prizes. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

18. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable laws. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
